You agree that your use of Mobile Check Deposit is subject to the LEADCU BANK Mobile Check Deposit Terms and Conditions (terms and conditions) set out in your account agreement (current version: the Electronic Banking Services Agreement and Better Banking Guide for Business).

The following is a reminder of important information:

You agree to use the service to deposit a digital representation (image) of any of the following original paper items (each an eligible item): checks, certified checks and travelers checks, money orders and bank drafts issued by a United States financial institution or provincial or United States government, in United States dollars, and addressed to you (and/or to your joint accountholder in the case of a joint account). You must provide an image of the front and back of the original eligible item. You agree to only deposit eligible items while you are physically located in United States through cellular or Wi-Fi networks in United States.

You will not use mobile check deposit to deposit any items that:

• Are payable to any person or entity other than you
• Are drawn on a financial institution located outside of the United States
• Are not payable in United States dollars
• Are dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit
• Have been previously deposited

Deposits received on or before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will have that day as a transaction date, and otherwise will have the next business day as a transaction date.

Amounts you deposit through this service are subject to the limits set out in your account agreement. We may impose limits on the dollar amount of items and/or number of items which can be deposited and may reject any item. You are liable for any error and your account may be adjusted accordingly.

There is no charge to deposit items into a personal deposit account. Per-item deposit content fees may apply when you deposit items into a business banking account.

The parties expressly request that these terms and conditions and any related documents be drafted in English.
